Annette Humphries
Media and PR Specialist |
With more than 20 years
experience in publicity, promotions, productions, marketing and event
management, Annette has successfully orchestrated media exposure for clients on
major networks, television shows, radio programs and in print media. Some
include: CNN, Dateline NBC, CBS The Early Show, Oprah, The Today Show, Court TV,
Good Morning America, FOX TV, Wall Street Journal, People Magazine and countless
others – including the National Enquirer! In addition to her PR work, she has worked closely with
artists and non-profit organizations and has participated in raising in excess
of $50million for local, national and international charities.
As much of Annette’s background has focused on the betterment of society, she
enjoys working with creative people who are as passionate about their work as
she is about promoting it. Often accused of being motivational and cheering on
success at every opportunity, the more creative people she meets - the more she
likes her day job.
Living the typical West Coast lifestyle, her spare time is filled with beach
combing, working, playing "fetch" with her pint-sized wonder dog,
Enzo, working, reading, working and curling up under a good storm. A sushi
fanatic, she is very chopstick-literate and takes offense to sushi being
referred to as “bait”.
Most
embarrassing moment:
(Pleads the 5th)
"Annette Humphries has the drive and
personality to make real connections in the news media, to get the
message out while making lasting friendships with editors and reporters.
Her new PR company will thrive..."
Tony Brenna, Toronto Sun Group columnist

Glenn Parfitt
Music Guru
Scout/Agent Advisor and
Rider Decoder |
Born and raised in a musical environment, the business side of music began
for Glenn in 1977. His expertise and extensive knowledge has paved the way for
almost three decades of promoting rock, contemporary, jazz and everything in
between.

his most current achievement; creating a legacy project featuring Victoria,
Vancouver Island’s, History of Rock & Roll and
contemporary music. Glenn is currently under agreement to write a
corresponding book and has produced seven related documentaries since his
creation of the Royal Canadian Music Project. Glenn publishes a quarterly
newsletter entitled “The Peace” and his relationships with media frequently
find him the subject of newspaper articles and as a radio and television guest,
locally and nationally.
The art of music, it’s history, and new technology and opportunity are where
you’ll always find Glenn Parfitt.
Most Embarrassing Moment: We're guessing it was the moment he
saw his "Retro Glenn" image on this website!

What's the point of getting a
new outfit if you don't put it on and show it off?
-- Michelle D. (age 12)
How important is it to stand out in a
crowd? We ask you!... Name
a brand of truck. What is
the first company that comes to mind when you read the words
"drive-thru"? Name
America's largest department store. If
we said we were going to see "Mickey", where would you say
we're going?
Blue Suede Shoes. Enough said.
See?
